Are pop stars too sexy these days, and why don't they put their clothes back on!

Read this and then let's talk!

The music producer who helped launch Kylie Minogue's career has criticised modern pop music for over-sexualising its material. Mike Stock, whose work as part of Stock, Aitken and Waterman made a success of many 1980s artists, said stars such as Lady Gaga and Britney Spears were too sexual for young children.

Stock said: 'The music industry has gone too far. It's not about me being old fashioned. It's about keeping values that are important in the modern world. These days you can't watch modern stars - like Britney Spears or Lady Gaga - with a two-year-old,' he told the Daily Mail newspaper. The producer thinks today's children are being 'sexualised' as a result of such acts. 'Ninety-nine per cent of the charts is R'n'B and 99 per cent of that is soft pornography,' he said. He also blames the influence of video games such as Grand Theft Auto and the overly advanced aspects of the public appearances of teenage stars Miley Cyrus and Madonna's daughter Lourdes.

I completely agree.

Advertising agencys will try and convince you that SEX SELLS, just so they can sell the products they're being paid to advertise.

Nuh uh!

Not to me it doesn't.

I am so fucking sick and tired of seeing skinny ass skanks strut around in almost nothing.

I DON'T want to see near naked men or women trying to sell me something in an ad. I DON'T want to see near naked men and women strut around in film clips trying to keep their last ounce of privacy covered. I DON'T want to see near naked men and women thrusting their crotch or tits at me.

I'm all for pushing "the envelope", "the boundaries" etc in movies and film clips, but seriously, keep your fucking clothes on.

People are sick and tired of seeing it, except for those men who love perving at near naked women, and women who love perving at near naked men, like me, but as much as I love Lady Gaga songs, I'm sick of seeing her flash herself in clips.

Because "pushing the envelope" only gets you so far, and only keeps people on side for so long before they become bored out of their brains with seeing you naked.

And Miley Cyrus, HELLLOOOOO you skinny ass skank, you're 17 put some fucking clothes on. YOU'RE NOT EVEN LEGAL FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!

And what the fuck is wrong with the parents. Billy Ray what are you thinking letting your 17 year old daughter strut around in hot pants and flash herself.

And Beyoncè, I know you might him to put a ring on it, but seriously skank put some fucking clothes on it coz I DON'T want to see your crotch thrusting at my face!

Jewels xxoo.

  1. Truedat.

Nowadays, all you've got is the packaging and no content. The industry is much more shallow than what it was before but sometimes I wonder if it's not just a reflection of the audience... To be fair, there's a good majority of artists and listeners who are there for the music. Though this crowd barely gets as much attention/recognition as the Slutty Clique.

  2. They dont use sex to sell video games (that I'm aware of).. so this advertising won't affect me either.
