Stores that have no fucking idea about customer service PART3!!!!!

So I wrote that letter and sent it on the website of the store I bought my cocoa butter from, and the head of something or other told me they don't give refunds then do resales on products.

BLAH, BLAH, BLAH!!!!

She told me that unless the goods were faulty, then I would have gotten a refund, but since I only wanted my 20% off, they don't do that. But they are training staff to help their customers by letting them know about catalogue sales ESPECIALLY since I bought my product the day before the catalogue came out.

The woman in the store had told me about the bag that would be on sale, but couldn't tell me about the bloody cocoa butter.

Well, I'm no longer shopping in that store, so they can take their customer card and shove it where they think the sun does shine.

I'll be buying my goods from other stores that have just as many sales and price match against other stores.

Goodbye store I won't name, it has NOT been a pleasure!!!

  1. Well, I did say I won't name, but the company took over many already existing chemists and is a national chain store that sells a lot of beauty products and advertises all over the place.

    With part of the ad tag being .... ''you pay less at.....''
