Miss California, Carrie Prejean at the Miss USA Pageant. I'm still going on about it!

I'd just like to go back over the subject of the Miss USA Pageant, and Miss California, Carrie Prejean, as it seems to keep going on tv. I was recently watching The View, and they were talking about it, mainly Joy, and of course it's been on other shows and in the paper. But everyone still has their OWN opinion about it, and that comes down to one thing:

Carrie's entitled to HER opinion, but it's wrong!!!!!!

What the hell does that mean????????

So she's ALLOWED to believe what SHE wants, but if it isn't the way of what the ''rest'' of the world thinks, then shame on her!

Who the fuck do these people think they are? The second part part of the sentence completely negates the first. She can have a thought, but only if it's what ''we'' want her to think.

What a big load of bullshit!!!

These people need to pull their fat heads, out of their fat backsides and get over themselves. You say she's entitled to an opinion, then you take it away from her because YOU don't agree.

Well the rest of the world doesn't give a shit what YOU think of the situation, Carrie is ALLOWED to think and believe the way she does, YOU don't have the right to take it from her, and I say a damn good on her for standing up there in front of the world and saying what she believes.

I believe a lot of things, and I believe we're all entitled to an opinion, whether you agree or not, doesn't give you the right to slag someone off for not thinking the same way as you.

And God help you if you try and make me think the way you do, cause it won't work. I am very set in my opinions, because when it comes down to it, we all have free will. Free will to believe and think the way we do based upon our morals, standards and principles. We DO NOT have the right, although yes it comes under free will to DISAGREE, to harrass someone and try and make them think something they do NOT believe in. No one has the right to tell someone else what to believe in or think.

I disagree alot, but I know that I have no right to tell someone else off, right or wrong. Just because I don't like what someone says or does, doesn't give me the right to hate their guts for it, or stamp my foot and tell the whole world they're wrong!

Talk about judgemental arrogant bastards!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. "So everybody's entitled to opinions
I open my mouth and sh** I got millions"

I respect the fact that she stood up to her belief, it is not something we see often at these pageants bullshit. But she knew right from the start that these pageants are about being politically correct -whether she like it or not- specially if you are supposed to represent either a state or a nation. She wasn't there to become Miss Prejean. That's the only thing that bugged me. And I'm sure there was a clever way to stand up to her belief, and yet still deliver the answer people expected from her... Politicians do it all day, every day! lol

And I agree, it is disgusting that people are trying to ruined her reputation and her character just because she didn't said what they wanted to hear.

So much for the freedom of speech, right?!

  2. Absolutely!!!!! It doesn't matter ''how'' people state their opinion, other people will always shoot them down for it.
